This page explains exactly how Premoai obtains your consent to receive a one-time SMS, what we send, and how to stop messages at any time.
One-line summary: Premoai sends a single text containing the link to your custom preview website only after you verbally say "yes" during a live phone call with our team. We do not send marketing or recurring messages.
How we obtain your consent (Call To Action)
Consent for SMS is obtained verbally during a live phone call. A Premoai representative places the call to a publicly listed business phone number, briefly explains that we have built a free preview website for the business, and then asks an explicit yes/no consent question before sending any SMS.
Exact verbal script used by our representatives
(We send the SMS only if the recipient verbally answers "yes" or an equivalent affirmative.)
"Great — you'll get a text from (281) 824-7738 in just a moment with the link. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of any future messages at any time."
What we send
After verbal consent, the recipient receives one (1) SMS. The message contains:
- The sender brand identifier ("Premoai" or "Josh from Premoai")
- The recipient's business name (to confirm the right business)
- A direct URL to the recipient's custom preview website (format:
https://<business-slug>.premopreview.com) - Opt-out instructions ("Reply STOP to opt out")

Frequency
One (1) message per recipient. Premoai does not send recurring messages, marketing campaigns, or follow-up texts. If you ever receive more than one SMS from us without first verbally agreeing on a phone call, that is a violation of our own policy — please report it to support@premoai.io.
Opt-out
You can opt out of any future SMS from Premoai at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message you receive. You'll get a confirmation, and we will not send further messages to your number.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@premoai.io.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Premoai does not charge a fee to send or receive SMS.
Privacy and sharing
Phone numbers used for SMS are never shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Numbers are processed by our SMS service provider (Twilio) only to the extent required to deliver the message. For complete data-handling details, see our Privacy Policy.
Supported carriers
Premoai SMS works on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and U.S. Cellular, as well as their MVNO partners. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
